The kids bikes we give away at the end of our kids classes. The bikes that are irreparable get parted out and recycled. We take some of the nicer recycle frames, cut them in half, file down the edges, and adjust the seat to turn them into stools. The money generated from the sales of these stools is reinvested into the shop.
  • Stellar BatikWe begin our process with 100% high quality cotton fabric. Using melted wax, images are individually drawn (by hand) onto the cotton. Once the wax hardens, each design is painted and sealed by another layer of wax. The cotton is then dyed, and through this course the cooling wax cracks and allows a mix of colors to seep into the pattern- creating our one of a kind designs.
